• Orders shipped outside the United States WILL BE CHARGED a higher Shipping charge, than stated on the order confirmations.

Return Policy
• Once an order is placed and we ship out the merchandise that was ordered, customer cannot return any items without our approval. You will be issued a store credit, but we will not reimburse you the ground shipping cost you paid.

• After you receive our authorization to ship back products that have not been used or damaged, because you changed your mind, you will be responsible to pay the shipping charge back. Customer should ship the merchandise UPS Ground, the same way that it was shipped out by Bay Cities Beauty Store.

• A 10% restocking charge will be billed if you return products that you ordered that were not damaged.
Once opened or used, we cannot take the merchandise back.

• We are dedicated to our customers, and all attempts are made to ship out the orders within the first 24-36 hours.
